Our meetings start at 7.30 p.m. prompt and finish by 10.00 p.m.

We pride ourselves in being a very friendly group. If you are interested in photography, why not come along and see what we are about and you will be made most welcome. Details of our programme of Tuesday nights can be found under “Syllabus”, along with some brief idea what some of our visiting Lecturers are about. Our Internal Competitions are open and free to all our Members and the Rules for these are available on this website.

We are not a teaching club as such, but we guarantee you will learn every single week! There is much to be gained listening to visiting Lecturers and visiting Judges. We also have Members involved in various aspects of this great hobby who are always available and willing to offer advice.

We also run one additional night per month which we call
“Thursday Extra”. The main purposes of this night is to address Members photographic problems, to assist those Members who wish to enter external competitions and anything else the Members wish to use it for.

We hold social occasions and are very active in outings. In the Summer months we have some practical nights at the club.

All this is for a one off Annual Subscription, after which there is no attendance fee like in some clubs and your only expense on a club night will be 50p for tea/coffee and biscuit.

If you have never been in a photographic club before, one thing might strike you as strange at first is that you hardly ever see a camera in a camera club! (practical nights excepted)

So why not come along on a couple of Tuesdays and see what you think.
